Afterward, Dan and Gary will interview Juan Sostheim, owner and director of Rancho Margot (www.ranchomargot.org) Juan is a local hero in Costa Rica, responsible for creating the world famous tourist destination and sustainable farm at the foot of Arenal Volcano.
