NAVAJO FLUENCY - Chris Deschene: Results of OHA decision:

We will get the final decision from Navajo Nation Office of Hearing and Appeals.  Did Chris Deschene take the fluency test?  If disqualified, should advise him to accept it and move forward or fight with an Appeal to Supreme Court?

And if he is not disqualified, are we peacefully moving forward?

And what about if disqualified, who is next in line.
