Billie Frances, founder of Employee Wellness Coaching and Guiding Mindful Change, joins us to share how to be an effective change agent in your personal and professional life. Coaches establish private coaching practices or they employ mindful coaching skills professionally to enrich their connections with colleagues and teams.
