Last week we talked alot about non violence in recovery. We remembered that in order to be stronger that we need balance in all areas of our life. And that we are enough just as we are.
This week we will be further discussing balace and how to be gentle on ourselves. And a little more Sicilian wisdom about how to "clean the blood" for Spring- as my great grandmother used to say!!
