I just want to take this time and vent the fustrations my wife and I are having trying to do a Home modification with Wachovia Bank. They ask you all these documents and when you send them they request more and more. You have to call them so much and most of the time you get a answer machine that is suppose to leave a message and they say they will call back. How many times have that happen. It is a joke and they know it.
