The Bible says in Ezra 1:1 that: the Lord stirred up the spirit of Cyrus king of Persia.  And in verse 5: The heads of the families of Judah and Benjamin, along with the priests and Levites—everyone, in fact, (everyone that) God prodded—set out to build The Temple of God in Jerusalem.
