Joshua 2:18

There’s a thread that runs all the way through the Bible.

And it’s the scarlet thread of our blood bought redemption.

Plus there’s a second golden thread of the second coming of the Lord Jesus Christ.

Now it's exciting to trace either of these threads all the way through the Bible and in this message that’s exactly what we’ll do with the scarlet thread.

Some people don’t like the idea of preaching about the blood because they say it’s gory.

But the truth is it’s a glory story not a gory story. For the Bible says, “But God forbid that I should glory, save in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ…” (Galatians 6:14).
