Jude verses 24 & 25

Jude begins his letter with a word of assurance, and he ends it on that same note. So if you’re going through trials and difficulties right now, you can have the “blessed hope” that you’re going to make it if you CONTINUE to abide in Him through it all!

Remember just like a branch all we've got to do is tightly grasp hold of Jesus, He’s The Vine, and then once we grab a hold of Jesus don’t let go!  But the true comfort is that when we do that one thing and hang on how steadfastly He’ll hold onto us!

You know we live in a world where many have no hope and they truly are most miserable, but Jude ends with a blessed hope for those of us who repent and trust and then trust and obey as we practice righteousness!

Jude 1:24-25

24 Now unto him that is able to keep you from falling, and to present you faultless before the presence of his glory with exceeding joy, 25 To the only wise God our Saviour, be glory and majesty, dominion and power, both now and ever. Amen.

So Jude ends this sober letter with a note of praise which is called a grand doxology.

Today we will learn about our blessed assurance…

Because of the sovereignty of the Savior—“He is able.”

Because of the security of the saint—“He is able to keep you from falling.”

Because of the sufficiency of the salvation—“And to present you faultless before the presence of His glory with exceeding joy”.

Oh what a salvation we have!

And all we have to do is abide in Him "Repenting & Trusting" then "Trusting & Obeying" to be prepared for His soon return!
