You've been hearing about it for forever....

And after much nagging and cajoling from Brian Hammer Jackson, tomorrow on the show, we are FINALLY going to be making the world-famous "Hammer Cox Sauce" live on the air, with our favorite chef---Chef Cherise Kateri Cox!!! If you want to come cook with us, 319-527-6099 is th number.

Hammer’s Cox Sauce Ingredients: 3 cups water 3 cups balsamic vinegar 1 1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce 1 1/2 cup ketchup 1 1/2 cup Dijon mustard 3 Dashes of cayenne pepper 1 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 12 garlic cloves smashed 1 small onion cut into slices 3 teaspoon fresh celery chopped 1 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt 3 oranges cut in half 1 1/2 cup Bourbon

Directions: On a low heat, add all the ingredients except for the orange juice and bourbon into a saucepan. Squeeze the oranges into the pan and add the Bourbon, stir and add the orange rinds. Stirring occasionally, let it simmer for 15 minutes. It is done when the sauce is thick.
