Katie Parla has a BA in the History of Art from Yale University, a Master’s Degree in Italian Gastronomic Culture from the Università degli Studi di Roma “Tor Vergata”, and a sommelier certificate from the Federazione Italiana Sommelier Albergatori Ristoratori.
