Ms Baron was a former teacher of 40+ years, artist and current pilot, she has also worked as Information Specialist for the Advanced Research Projects Agency (now DARPA), Supreme Command Headquarters, Research & Development Center-Thailand four years while employed by Battelle Memorial Institute as an Aerial Photographer. She made aerial and ground studies along the Mekong River. In that capacity she directed aerial photography from various CIA/Air America Sikorski Helio-19 helicopters and wrote geology and hydrology sections for the Top Secret Mekong River Project. She said writing counter-insurgency directives for American troops if Thailand were invaded allowed her to examine ground aspects of Thailand, Laos and Cambodia. Here is a taste of Ms. Baron's novel, "MindReacher": Terrorists intend to bomb every major airport and contaminate the United States with atomic radiation. VESPER, the President’s new and highly classified Virtual ExtraSensory Perception Experimental Research project hidden in corridors under JFK runways, must locate a “mindreacher” to find the terrorists. Able to read minds over great distances, mindreachers were born in South Africa decades ago.
