Team Pharrell Koryn Hawthorne voice is much more mature than her age would let on. For the past nine years, she has been a member of a local singing group that performs at nursing homes, benefits and in competitions. Koryn might be young, but she knows singing is what she’s meant to do. She’s not afraid of putting in the hard work needed to achieve her dreams.Performance: How Great Thou Art

India Carney has been studying music for most of her life. In junior high, she attended a performing arts school where she was classically trained in opera. From there, she was recruited to UCLA’s classical music program, where India and some fellow classmates formed a band which led them to open for The Roots. Now with graduation looming, India is hoping The Voice can help her make the transition from music student to professional singer. Performance: Take Me to Church

When Kimberly Nichole was attending college in Atlanta, she had the opportunity to open for Janelle Monae. After that performance, she moved to New York in the hopes of fulfilling her aspirations. Kimberly, always rocking her signature tutu, quickly gained momentum - touring overseas, performing as a backup singer for Gloria Gaynor and opening for Aloe Blacc. She was even featured in Vogue magazine. She’s determined to make it in the music industry, but she needs the help of her superstar coach on The Voice. Performance: House of the Rising Sun
