The heart being the core of a man or woman, is a very influential mechanism.  It talks, it trusts, it serves, it controls our thoughts, and it can be clean or dirty.  The heart should be guarded because it influences all of the things that we experience in our respective lives.  It tells the truth whether it be bad or good.  It controls our emotions and reveals our emotions.  It is shaped and moded by what we see, listen to or think.  If we want to know if we are loved or hated by someone is a question for the heart to answer.  The answer to the question is revealed by the heart.  The heart is a steady and proven mechanism of truth.  Lighten up your dark glass by looking at the heart.
