Living In Love With Erika Hughes

Breath Inspired Guest: Erika Hughes is a believer of health, fitness, love and beauty as a woman.  Her spiritual gifts, compassion, experience working with homeless and abused women, allows her to connect with hurting women and bring out the best in them through ministering and empowering techniques. 

Ms. Hughes has over 18 years of professional work experience with social services, customer services and leadership roles.

She has an A.S. and B.S. degree in psychology and is a black belt in the martial arts.  She is also the founder of Chattanooga Basket Brigade (a program that provides food baskets for those in need during the holiday season.
