Our guest today is Peter Sherer is the Founder and CEO of ExperienceMatters. He is a strategic consultant and executive coach, with extensive experience increasing the effectiveness of both organizations and senior executives.

He serves as the Senior Executives Association’s executive coach and is a certified coach by the International Coaching Federation at the ACC level. Selected recent presentations include the Smithsonian Associates, the Council for Excellence in Government, the Performance Institute, The Treasury Executive Institute, and the senior staff of the Central Intelligence Agency. He is a recognized author and is a sought after speaker on a range of executive resources management topics including how to retain top performers and win the talent war. A recent interview on how to retain scarce executive talent is included in the book Leading to Success, along with thought leaders Warren Bennis, Jack Canfield and Jim Kouzes.
