This show features stories of the Heroes of Katrina based on the newly released hit seller "Katrina, A Freight Train Screamin' by author Cary Black. Jim Prince, a native of Central Michigan with over 20 years of fire and rescue service experience spent about 6 months in New Orleans first as a Volunteer Firefighter then as a Logistics Generalist for FEMA. Jim will recount his experiences in the shattered region and provide fascinating insight into events and occurrences. His first hand accounts of the people they helped, the work they had to do, the logistics of setting up supply points for thousands of helping hands and military personnel are gripping. Jim’s accounts are riveting and powerful. Please join us for what should be a powerful and interesting show.
