This week we welcome back our special guest, Dr. Zelphine Smith-Dixon, whom we call, Dr. Zel. We review Dr. Zel's "Life Coaches for Success" (LCFS) Program.
LCFS was piloted in a rural and impoverished school district of South Carolina. How was the program received and supported by community and governmental officials? What was the success rates if any? Are their ways to improve the program, its delivery, and effectiveness? All these questions and more will be discussed.
On a broader scale we will delve into an area of "The Struggle" that few people wan't to address: How do you help people that really don't want help? How can you change the mindset of people who are quite comfortable with their personal successes and oblivious to the greater needs of people around them? What do we do when we become our own hinderance and worst enemy?
Our goals are to save lives and empower people by raising their levels of consciousness!
