What's Your Name / Who's Your Daddy?

Psych!  "Save the drama for your Mama" because this show's title is purposefully misleading.

Instead of "drama," we examine how, why, and if one's familial name and heritage is important to an overall healthy psyche.  This is of particular importance to Blacks in America and the "New World" because the majority of us really don't know our origins. 

How important is knowing who you are and where you're from in determining where you are going and how fast you can get there?

Seemingly, this natural quest to belong promotes many of our sub-cultures.  People need to belong to something and if that which they belong to does not accept them, then the results can be ....... well, just look around you.
