I am the 1995 Teenage Heavyweight National Bodybuilding champion, editor for 3 popular fitness magazines and current popular newsletter, writer of nine feature length movies, creator of one television pilot, a published photographer/model and former stand up comedian as well as physique judge. I was honored to serve as an IFBB (International Federation of Bodybuilders) Official. Moving to Los Angeles from the east coast was a necessary step in my life that many can relate to when a dream calls to you and you simply can not ignore it. My hero was/is Tupac Shakur for teaching me to get off my behind and go for the dream. I consider myself as two persons: the writer side and the physique side. August, 2012 saw the release of my first (in a series) of training books and DVD.
