Dr. Jerome is a compassionate and conscientious professional who has been involved with numerous community and professional projects. His professional focus encompasses individual and group counseling, intervention counseling, and recovery treatment for substance abuse and domestic violence perpetrators.For two years Dr. Jerome served as the Project Manager for Project RESTORE, a grant from the Department of Labor for youth between the ages of 16 through 24.  This program provided the youth direction towards sustainability and restoration after being in the Juvenile Justice System and/or the Department of Corrections.  He also was the  Project Manager for the Second Chance Federal initiative for the DeKalb County Sheriff's Office for adult men and women, with the same goals of achieving sustainability.
