DoDLive Bloggers Roundtable with Maj. Gen. Stephen Lanza, United States Forces-Iraq Spokesman. Maj. Gen. Lanza will discuss significant progress made by the Iraqi Security Forces, and how their contributions have improved the overall security environment in Iraq paving the way for the seating of the Iraqi government and setting the stage for a long-term strategic partnership between the sovereign nation of Iraq and the United States of America. On June 1, two important milestones - both symbolic and substantive - occurred in Iraq.
