This utopian dream has served as a motivation for some; but has equally resulted into a nightmare for others. Moreover, the fear and lack of trust in the formal process of learning is a primary basis for crime and social chaos in the most oppressed and despondent communities across America. However, it is possible to take control of personal destiny and turn dreams into reality.
