It is indisputable that many people of the Urban American experience have faced historical challenges. Many times, those disappointments are passed on from one generation to another, and there are occurrences that most would not believe. However, despite the aforementioned realities what is needed most from people who care about the Urban American plight is to demonstrate both tough love and compassion, as they offer any kind of assistance toward self-determination.
