One common concern of all residents in Nashville is the recent rise in Juvenile offences. The real question is “why are so many children unsupervised by their parents or guardians”? The problem is not a race or economic matter, but rather a social one in nature. As a city we can and must address this troubling trend in a way that is restorative and proactive. If one family is affected by this challenge all of us are affected in some way or another.
