The Danger of Disunity

We have all heard about the value of working in unity. But what happens where unity is lacking? What impact can living and working in an atomsphere of disunity have on not just the whole unit but on an individual?

With unity, two are better than one because their power and potential increases exponentially. But  the other reality that is often missed is that two are less than one if divided. Why? Because division and lack of unity indicates that there is a breakage at some level. Like a vessel that has a break, the blood that is intended to flow through that vessel leaks out. Now both parts of the vessel are useless and neither can fulfill the purpose for which they were created. 

The precious life blood of the project, or business, or relationship whatever, is spilled and eventually if the break is not repaired, somewhere in that body of their opportunities, their potential, something will die.

Furthermore, on the individual level disunity can also be powerfully destructive. It is an inhibitor to creativity. It blocks the flow of thought, it distracts one from focus and much more. It is better to work alone then try and function in a atomsphere of disunity.
