After graduating from Texas A&M University with a Bachelors Degree in Architecture, Mr. Rauscher spent a year in the field of architecture before leaving to pursue a career in real estate investment and development. As a successful real estate developer and investor operating in the DFW market for the past 17 years, Mr. Rauscher also kept his eyes open for other potentially successful business ventures. Being entrepreneurial in nature, Mr. Rauscher has assisted in or led the startup of 5 different successful companies with Millennium Ice Partners being his fifth.
