Be Real with D-Real; SB-145, Cuties and potential "Problems"

SB-145; A recently passed law in California that basically equalizes penalties for perpetrators of certain sex crimes. Specifically, sex acts between minors and adults. Wait. What??? What or who on earth would even present such a heinous bill to the California senate? A guy names Weiner. (Yo, I CANNOT make this shit up!) Meanwhile, Netflix recently released a movie called Cuties; While the story seems to be about perseverance, honoring tradition and forging bonds of friendship, Those concepts are dashed on the rocks amid the gyrating, grinding and twerking of fast assed 11-year old girls. Where's a good belt or extension cord when you need one? These two separate occurences, which are totally unrelated seem to coincide with a common idea; No parameters on sexual engagement, identity or age. I know you're probably think something like, "If that was MY 11-year old.." or "Who the PHUCK makes a movie about tween twerking?"  However, as this country continues to descend into a swamp rather than clear it out the real question should be, "Why" is this happening and "What" can be done about it? Make no mistake. I'm trying to learn like all of y'all are. Is this trip really necessary? And if it is, what is the destination? And should we be paying attention to the journey?
