The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again, expecting different results. Of course, that makes sense, however, so often you keep doing the same thing over and over again.
That's called habits. We've talked about this before. Your habits are created from the beliefs you developed. If you have an issue with someone raising their voice, you probably grew up with some authoritative figure that yelled a lot. We'll discuss the thoughts you have which create these habits and what to do to CHANGE those habits. Change Can Be Good!
