The search for jobs is about the applicant convincing employers to hire. One is not looking to find a $100 bill, but if you see a $100 bill within reach, just laying there, pretty much saying I'm available, claim me, surely you will claim it by picking it up. Job seekers must display any means necessary to demand the attention required to convince an employer you should should be hired. Forced hiring requires aggressive presentations, well explained abilities, and attention getting attitudes that says you are the person for the job.
