Luisa created the Inner Contessa signature program and its events, seminars, and retreats to assist executive women and women business owners to connect to their powerful feminine leadership.

In her own journey, she went from a career in the diplomatic service to the corporate world. Then onward to becoming an international speaker and trainer as well as a published author. Behind the great facade, she felt miserable, unsure of herself and suffered from a lack of self worth.

Over the past 20 years she has worked towards matching her inner world with the outer appearance of her life, by stepping into her confidence and allowing the core of who she is to emerge. Luisa has learned to create consciously in the feminine energy and in the process, has mentored hundreds of women from Japan to Europe and in the United States to do the same.
