Ellen assists businesses in capitalizing on new markets, and creating the structures and systems to support growth.  She facilitates leadership teams, conducts workshops and mastermind groups and provides direct support to client businesses. Ellen is a member of the Junior Achievement Western Region Board, and the Fermilab Community Board. Ellen holds an MBA degree from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University.
