Show begins with 20-min segment Keeping Pace with the Shift with Jim Self followed by Regina Meredith

Regina Meredith has spent over 30 years in the mainstream media, as an NBC sports broadcaster with Bryant Gumbel, as a local news anchor, an environmental documentary filmmaker, and as host of a national PBS vegetarian cooking show.

Knowing first hand how information is censored, edited and disfigured so it complies with some sort of grand plan, Regina realized that the public would never get the full truth about the information they really need to know. So in 2004, she and her husband Scott Meredith founded Conscious Media Network (www.cmn.tv), an online media portal dedicated to sharing cutting edge spiritual and scientific information with an international online community.

A tireless and dedicated researcher, Regina reads the books of each person she interviews, digging as deeply as possible into the information and potential implications to bring understanding and enlightenment wherever possible.

From this launching pad, Regina has written a book titled Soulo Journey: Life From the Soul's Perspective. Based on three decades of metaphysical research and practice, Regina has distilled the story of the complexity and miracle of what it is to be a Human-Being, our origins as a species, and a glimpse into our future selves.

‘Soulo Journey: Life from the Soul’s Perspective’ draws from Regina’s 30-year background in esoteric studies, combined with having had access to more than 400 brilliant thinkers of our time as the host of Conscious Media Network.
