Eye-catching title, huh? It is based upon a book I read some time ago – one of those small, but life-changing books. I came across it again recently while searching for something else and decided we could all benefit from its essential points, especially now. I’ll tell you more about how the book came to be, as well as who the “experts” behind the 5 secrets are during the show, but until then here are a few things to consider:

Most of us believe that we have forever to discover what we need to, but in the end, our time is quite limited. The duration of our life is undefined – some of us may live to 100 years and others much less. During that time we have an almost infinite number of choices available to us, yet how we use these choices may ultimately define our lives.

Most would agree that what we want most is to experience joy and a deep sense of contentment. We want to know that we have lived fully and experienced what it means to be a fulfilled human being. We want to know that our life has purpose and meaning – that it matters that we were here.
