Gary has had an interest in wine and beer since he worked summers as a graduate student at a liqour store in Washington, D.C. He and his wife Angela enjoy touring wineries and breweries on weekends in Delaware, Maryland and Virginia or Delmarva. Gary is a native of Buffalo, and is also a frequent visitor to wineries in the Finger Lakes Region of upstate New York. This BlogTalkRadio show is a companion to Gary’s blog, "Delmarva Winery and Brewery Journal", which reports on his touring of vineyards and breweries (and the occasional craft distillery) in the D.C. area, as well as related business best practices, news articles and events. In the show, Gary interviews owners, winemakers, brewmasters and other experts working with wineries and breweries in the Delmarva region.
