There was a scheduling glitch the last time so we are doing it again.

So, it's a brand new day and you promise yourself you are going to do better with going to the gym and especially your eating habits. You start off okay and then you get to work and a client has brought in danishes and muffins for breakfast as a thank you. Then later the office throws a birthday party or baby shower or just decides to have cake. And what do you do? You eat it all, even though you know you really don't want it. You're not even hungry but open mouth insert danish, muffins and cakes. You hate yourself and then promise to do better again tomorrow.
