Negotiations begin on the federal appropriations process. Speaker Paul Ryan is not ruling out riders to appropriation bill — Planned Parenthood will be a big one

The Senate has been doing clean water regulation — a HUGE overreach with the EPA — in most states its in the 90 percentile of what the Feds can control!  The EPA ruling was disapproved by both chambers but will be vetoed by Obama.

The first test of the new House speaker will happen in the next couple of weeks — a one month extension of Highway bill expires Nov 30.  We'll take a look at Paul Ryan and who he's bringing on to staff his new position. 

And... the Keystone Pipeline… Canadian company wants US to stop reviewing it until after Obama’s gone.
