About Phillis

After years of working in the corporate world and feeling unfulfilled along with a gnawing unrest because of her inability to make a difference in people’s lives, Phillis was searching for answers within; answers relating to who she really was as a human being, the purpose of her life and how she could find her true calling.

As a young child she dealt with ongoing bullying and consequently suffered from self-esteem, self-confidence and self-worth challenges.  With those internal stressors also came physical ailments such as intestinal troubles, anxiety and insomnia.

The past five years have taken Phillis on a life-changing journey to discover who she is and to find her life purpose and her truth.  Through the depth of her own healing, Phillis continues to find an overall awareness and understanding which continues to lead to many new insights about herself.  With a hunger to explore deeply, she now sees the gift in the entire learning, growing and discovery process.  She feels incredibly blessed to have the opportunity to help others gain wisdom about themselves and empowering them through the classes she teaches, speaking engagements and through her private coaching practice.

Phillis is especially grateful to her mentor, teacher and friend, Tamlyn Hedemann, who continues to play a role in her personal growth and evolution.
