This episode is a closing discussion of how we stay balanced after making the first steps into a new job, career, or classes. A few weeks ago, Professor Applewhite encouraged Listeners to set goals with realistic expectations. In other words, working or studying so much that our basic needs are not met. It is important for teachers and students to avoid added frustrations by setting goals we cannot accomplish successfully. After identifying that we hold the greatest resource within ourselves it is now the time to take those first steps towards our new goals. The goals we set could be getting off the couch and taking a walk, or deciding how many classes we are going to take next semester, or rewriting our resume in hopes of a new job opportunity, whatever we wish to accomplish in the future we must take the first steps in the present. Staff and guests of White Apple Institute welcome you to share your goals or challenges so we can continue to encourage each other. Much Love and Peace!
