Through 20 years of dedication to his trade, Michael Stelzer, a research assistant for Old Dominion University, has applied his skills and expertise in the field of electrical engineering to conduct new research in the field of marine energy generation. He received his Master of Science degree in electrical and computer engineering, a professional project manager certification, a Federal Communications Commission license, and was granted a National Science Foundation scholarship in 2009 to complete his Ph. D. studies.
