Ashford Radio is proud to present Bill Parks. Bill and the program of Teen Challenge challenges youth and young adults to make a change in their lives and to begin making wise decisions for their future. It’s a challenge for young men and women who have made wrong decisions that have led to life controlling addictions with the price of losing family, friends, their ability to function normally, and for many their lives.  Bill directs and presents Teen Challenge of Baltimore, which is a faith-based solution to the drug epidemic in America and around the world. He also is president of Reach Ministries International which builds relationships with youth and families in twelve needy countries in order to equip them for experiencing God's design, which is a lifetime of hope and purpose.
