Ms. Carol Patton questions whether the proportion of hospital RN's, educated at the baccalaureate level or higher, is associated with risk-adjusted mortality and failure to rescue. She is a 31 year veteran in the Healthcare Industry, with an extensive background that includes the teaching of nursing skills, prevention, outcome assessment and research.

Ms. Patton has managed faculty development, promoted and developed research and nursing scholarships, and has also developed nursing programs for accreditation for Certified Nurse Educators.
