Ashford Publishing Radio Presents Barbara Bansberg

The Reverend is a regular on Ashford Radio and enjoys sharing her thoughts and beliefs with followers of God, such as herself.

 

Reverend Bansberg was ordained ten years from the time God called her to service, on May 9th, 1989. She has served in various congregations in different capacities. Her ministry has been ecumenical over the years, having served in the Methodist, Assemblies of God, Apostolic, American Baptist, Primitive Baptist, Missionary Baptist and United Church of Christ. She has a music ministry; a children’s church ministry; is a teacher of Sunday school; has served on Christian Education Boards; has provided secretary service, and acts as a speaker and counselor.

As a counselor, The Reverend fulfills prayer requests and conducts phone consultations regarding crisis situations and with imprisoned individuals. She offers one on one meetings by request, often to create individualized plans for resuming a normal life. She’s also an acting marriage counselor, providing couples with an initial meeting where they discuss a checklist for their nuptials, review homework projects for the couple and prepare the couple for the transition from the single lifestyle, to married life. In addition, The Reverend offers all couples pre and post-wedding meetings.
