Neil S. Smith, the Assistant Credit Manager of Shell (Australia). Mr. Smith holds an immense amount of experience in the credit management field, from improving credit controls and ERP systems, to analyzing credit risks, to reducing doubtful debt write offs and days receivables. The keys to his success have always been implemented through the use of positive communication, the development of relationships with key internal and external stake holders, and the utilization of leadership skills to keep his team focused on key performance outcomes.

 

Previously held positions include being the National Credit Manager for the staffing firm Adecco, the Credit Team Leader for SEEK, and the Credit Manager for Preston Motors.
