Mr. Ouellette is a health, safety and environmental professional, with extensive experience on a wide range of projects, including green field construction, live petro-chemical plant maintenance, and process and compliance auditing. Native to Canada, Mr. Ouellette studied Occupational Health and Safety at the University of Alberta, and is an active member of the Canadian Society of Safety Engineering and the American Society of Safety Engineers.
