Marilyn Doenges is a retired Clinical Specialist in Psychological Nursing who resides in Colorado Springs, Colorado. She is also the co-author of, ‘The Nursing Diagnosis Manual: Planning, Individualizing and Documenting Client Care.’ The manual provides a practical approach to planning and documenting patient care. It includes introductory information about the nursing process and nursing diagnosis, interactive care plan worksheets, concept mapping, and highlights community-based/home care interventions.
