Ms. Stebbins is a musical prodigy who exhibits her expertise in choral concerts and compositions. Due to her instrumental dexterity, she also specializes in piano and organ lessons. Her musical interest surfaced at a young age, and has grown ever since. At the age of 8, she was guest soloist for the Allentown Symphonette, and when she reached the age of 12, she performed with the Philadelphia Orchestra.

Joy has done a multitude of work in her field, and was the recipient of the Outstanding Young Woman of America Award in 1982. She has been the Co-Director for the Pike County Choral Society, for over three years, and is the mastermind behind “Voices of Joy”, a choral group created to perform on holidays, such as Christmas, as well as other planned events.
