Ashford Publishing Radio Presents Bruce Friedman

Mr. Friedman is the Director of Social Welfare at California State University of Bakersfield. The Social Welfare Department is the executive arm for putting welfare policies into action created by the Labor and Welfare Bureau.

 

Mr. Friedman provides members of the public with a wide range of services, such as social security, family and child welfare services, medical social services.
