An esteemed nurse in the Spokane, Washington area, Ms. Seehorn has spent the last six of her 39 years of professional experience working as a transplant coordinator for the Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center & Children's Hospital. Utilizing her expertise in nephrology care and transplant coordination, she is responsible for overseeing the treatment of nephrology and dialysis patients, coordinating kidney transplantation, assisting with post-surgical care, and educating her patients on transplant procedures and benefits, including the diseases they will hinder. Attributing her success to her integrity and disciplined nature, Ms. Seehorn was prompted to enter the health care field after her educational experiences as a nursing assistant.

Ms. Seehorn holds a Bachelor of Science in nursing, which she attained from Olivet Nazarene University in 1972. Upon graduating, she worked in a dialysis position in the intensive care unit at Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center & Children's Hospital. Thereafter, she became a certified transplant coordinator and a certified nephrology nurse to hone her skills toward a specific field in health care. Ms. Seehorn is affiliated with the American Nephrology Nurses’ Association and the North American Transplant Coordinators Organization.
