Ms. Klebanoff’s professional background is in medical research, and in the years that she has dedicated to her profession, she performed secretarial duties for doctors, assisted physicians with publishing medical books, and performed thorough evaluation of medical journal manuscripts. She has been formally trained in the field and utilizes her education on the topic of medical secretarial science to help enhance the industry.

As a passionate and goal-oriented healthcare administrator with a focus in writing, Ms. Klebanoff has also committed herself to working for a senior center, wherein she typed and edited the newsletters and calendars on a monthly basis.
