8 But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed.

9 As we said before, so say I now again, If any [man] preach any other gospel unto you than that ye have received, let him be accursed. (Gal 1:8-9)

These whou would pervert the Gospel of Christ are liars who seek to cover the imposture of false prophets who have contradicted the Covenants.

12 For, behold, these things have not been appointed unto him, neither shall anything be appointed unto any of this church contrary to the church covenants. (D&C 28:12)

67 And ye shall hereafter receive church covenants, such as shall be sufficient to establish you, both here and in the New Jerusalem.(D&C 42:67)
63 And upon them that hearken not to the voice of the Lord shall be fulfilled that which was written by the prophet Moses, that they should be cut off from among the people. (D&C 133:63)

13 For the people turneth not unto him that smiteth them, neither do they seek the LORD of hosts.

14 Therefore the LORD will cut off from Israel head and tail, branch and rush, in one day.

15 The ancient and honourable, he [is] the head; and the prophet that teacheth lies, he [is] the tail.

16 For the leaders of this people cause [them] to err; and [they that are] led of them [are] destroyed. (Isa 9:13-16)

15 Behold, I say unto you, the redemption of Zion must needs come by power;16 Therefore, I will raise up unto my people a man, who shall lead them like as Moses led the children of Israel. (D&C 103:15-18)
